Obviously after that point I didn't want to find a spawn area or follow him again, it was tedious, but I got what was needed done for the map. Regardless, they and you should be able to handle him without any casualties on their side (hopefully not yours), and him annihilating Thrallmar. If you're lucky, when he pats by it will be just after the Caravan has finished killed its regular demon raid. Didn't send my Felguard in once, but did healthstone to tap some mana. I actually didn't die, and I did enough damage standing far back so that I didn't generate any threat (hooray loot! aww just 15 silver). Anyway, he patted back up where I (level 70) promptly dismounted, soulstoned, dotted him once and ran like heck to the Caravan. I suppose in retrospect Alliance can use this map too and drag him to HH, but whatever. I followed him around from Thrallmar out of curiosity and discovered he goes all the way down, loops by Honor Hold and comes back. Half Map sorta for Horde wanting the key XD. if Fel Reaver dies, it will take about 35 minutes for him to get back to the caravan.
if Fel Reaver crossed the caravan from the south, he'll go north and back, returning in about 5 minutes. infernals invade once every 5 minutes, starting each hour at 0 minutes, but if caravan's busy, it will delay up to 7-8 minutes to start immediately after mobs exit combat. Here are also some numbers if anyone wants to try: Anyways a horde player can probably have enough time to get the key until Reaver despawns. After 10-15 seconds Reaver's corpse despawns, maybe because of the invasion script (infernals also despawn very quickly), maybe you have to damage him too. I've tried the trick 5 times, when fel reaver's close to death I resurrect and run to it, ready to click the quest item, but I always don't have enough time until infernals start falling and stun me. What's worse, it seems to be delayed when the caravan's busy, like fightning Fel Reaver. Omg.Ĥ) And here's the problem - every 5 minutes caravan experiences infernal attack, when infernals fall from the sky stunning everyone around in the radius. Fel Reaver corpse despawned in about 10 seconds after he died. When he died, infernal attacked started immediately, I decided to wait until it ends, and. When I returned from the graveyard, Reaver had about 40% hp. After I kited Reaver to caravan elites, they cast a few blizzards, but that wasn't enough to agro Reaver, so he resetted when I died.Ģ) Luckily if he came from south, you have just enough time to run from graveyard and prepare, he'll return in about 5 minutes after he left caravan to the north.ģ) So I made a second attempt, rank 1 lightning bolt, kited him, blizzard and hooray, fight begins.
